MCC (Motor Control Center):

A motor control center (MCC) is an assembly of one or more enclosed sections having a common power bus and principally contains motor control units. MCC’s are modern practice in factories or industrial plants for the control of several electric motors. Our MCC have included variable frequency drives, programmable controllers, metering and have also included industrial mains, generator change over, industrial distribution and emergency/safety systems. Our MCC are usually used for low voltage three phase alternating current motors from 230 volts to 380volts.

We design and manufacture all our MCC’s at our workshops and are fabricated from mild steel. Drive options have included Variable frequency drives, Adjustable-speed drives and direct on-line starters or motor soft starters. Control options have included PLC (Programmable Logic Computer), relay logic systems and standard stop start signals.

We also install our (or other) MCC’s on site and will handle all the particulars of getting a system installed and in to operation.

Instrumentation Skids:

A instrument skid is a steel frame on which electrical and electronic components are mounted and terminated, these skids are typically used to bring a large amount of terminations, data input and output devices and control systems to one central location for easy operation. Our Instrumentation skids are predominantly used buy the petrochemical industry at fuel depot gantry’s to sum up all the terminations and controls needed for the loading/off loading and additive injection of a loading bay.

We design and manufacture our skid from steel and are usually powder coat black, installed with in the frame is a cable management system to organise cabling. Our skids have included Accuload, Contrec and Metermatic load controllers and additive injection blocks.

We will handle all cabling and termination of all the valves, meters, temperatures and any other components required for a installation.

Tank Gauging:

A tank gauging system is a collection of measuring, sensing and interfacing components assembled on a holding tank or in a tank farm to give operators an indication of product levels in there a holding tank network.

We have installed many tank gauging systems predominantly for the petrochemical industry and are proficient in the installation of the Enraf and Rosemount tank gauging systems, of which we handle all the cabling and terminations need for the system.

Also we supply high level alarm panels which monitors high level condition and initiates a visual and audible alarm to notified operators. The system is a relay logic type system coupled with mechanical level switches in the field. This is a safety system for the prevention of loss of product or damaging the tanks.
